CT

Our Centre operates the Aquilion 64-slice CT scanner from Toshiba Medical Systems. With its advanced features and capabilities, the Aquilion 64 is ideal for studies requiring precise clinical information including non-invasive coronary angiograms. This high-speed, high-resolution scanner acquires 64 simultaneous .5mm slices in under half-a-second which means precise studies of any area of the body can be done in seconds.

MRI

At Canada Diagnostic Centres, we operate the new Signa HDx 8 Channel 1.5T MRI system from GE Healthcare. This state-of-the-art technology is more powerful than previous generations of MRI equipment; by using HD technology we can now capture images of our patients, similar to high-definition television. This new system provides physicians with more detailed image quality for accurate diagnosis of virtually all body parts, including head, spine, breasts, torso, shoulders and small joints.

Ultrasound

We are proud to use the Acuson Antares Premium Edition by Siemens featuring advanced technology that increases diagnostic confidence. This state-of-the-art system provides comprehensive clinical capabilities including colour Doppler for vascular studies. This system provides outstanding images for a variety of studies including abdomen, breast, gynaecology, musculoskeletal, testicular, thyroid and vascular.
